Stewed peppers with cottage cheese and feta cheese. A quick, easy, delicious and kind of summery dish, especially after you pick peppers from your garden. For some, the dish may be like an appetizer, but for me, it is the main course.

Description

Stewed peppers with cottage cheese and feta cheese. A quick, easy, delicious and kind of summery dish, especially after you pick peppers from your garden. For some, the dish may be like an appetizer, but for me, it is the main course.


1 Clean the peppers from the seeds and cut them into pieces. Finely chop the onion. Stew them in olive oil in a pot with a lid for about 15 minutes, stirring often.


2 Add the cottage cheese and crumbled feta cheese. Stir constantly until melted (about a minute or two), then serve.
