Roasted garlic tomatoes

Easy to make recipe for juicy roasted garlic tomatoes with garlic. There are different ways to serve them on your table - to a salad, as a side dish, on a toasted slice of bread, you can add them to spaghetti or garnish them with parmesan and cheese (or cottage cheese).

Description


1 Wash and cut the tomatoes in half.


2 Arrange them in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper (you can add basil). Optionally, put a few cloves of garlic between the tomatoes.


3 Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve them warm. You can sprinkle the tomatoes with freshly chopped parsley.
