Description

Extremely easy to make and delicious vegan dip of roasted red peppers and walnuts. If you don't have roasted peppers, you can always easily bake them in the oven. To do this, take 3-4 peppers, cut them in half and clean the seeds from them. Place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake them in a preheated 200-210 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes. After preparing the dip, you can season it with chili and sprinkle it with walnuts.

1 In a blender, grind the walnuts briefly. Add the peeled red peppers cut into pieces, garlic cloves, vinegar, olive oil and salt. Blend until smooth. Store in a box with a lid or cover with cling film. You can serve with bruschettas or toasted slices.
