10 pieces of pancakes

Description

Extremely delicious vegan pancakes, which you must necessarily try!

1 In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt.

2 In another bowl put the coconut milk, sugar, soft butter and vanilla extract. Beat well and gradually add the flour with the remaining ingredients. Beat to a homogeneous mixture.

3 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. For a pancake, I use a 1/4 cup of the mixture. Spread it in the shape of a circle. Bake until bubbles begin to form and the pancake looks this way, as shown in the photo:

4 Carefully turn the pancake over and bake it on the other side until golden. From the indicated dose I get 10 pancakes.

  • Made your pancakes this morning. You did say how much butter to add so I just guessed. Very good!
