Easy, fluffy and delicious buns that prepare very quickly. You can use them for hamburger or serve with a delicious dish while they are still warm. They do not contain eggs and dairy products. I often prepare them when we go on a trip and have a picnic.

Put warm water in a small bowl and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it.

Put the flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir. Add the water with the yeast and olive oil. Knead the dough. Cover it with towel and leave to rise in the heat for about 1 hour. To speed up the process, you can preheat the oven to 50 degrees, then put the dough in it and turn the oven off.

Once the dough has been rise, knead it again and divide it into 6 parts. From them form balls and put in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover with a towel and leave to rise in the heat for about 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
