Description
1 Cut the strawberries and banana into small pieces. Put in a blender and blend to a homogeneous mixture for about a minute or two.
2 Pour the mixture into a box suitable for freezer or ice cream moulds. Freeze for at least 5 hours.
From the indicated quantity, I get 5 ice creams like the ones in the photo.
There is no need to add a sweetener, as the fruit gives enough sweetness.
