Quick to prepare vegan cream soup of white beans and rosemary.

Description

1 Finely chop the onion, garlic and carrot. If you use canned white beans, drain it and set aside.


2 Stew carrots and onions in olive oil for about 5-6 minutes. Add the garlic and simmer for another minute. Add the beans, water and rosemary. Cook for 15 minutes. Blend until smooth. You can serve with croutons, kubeti... Or idea what to do with the old bread.
