Fluffy pancakes - the perfect breakfast.

Description


1 In a bowl stir the wholegrain and white flour, baking powder, soda and salt.


2 In another bowl beat eggs with the oat milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla.


3 To the liquid ingredients, add the dry ingredients and beat to a homogeneous mixture.


4 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. For a pancake I use 1/4 cup of the mixture. Spread it quickly in the shape of a circle, but not too thin. When blisters begin to form on the pancake, turn it over. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
