Fluffy banana pancakes made with whole wheat flour, cinnamon and non dairy milk.

Description


1 Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the milk and vanilla. Stir.


2 Add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to the liquid ingredients. Stir.


3 Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the mixture. Stir.


4 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. For a pancake I use 1/4 cup of the mixture. Spread it quickly in the shape of a circle, but not too thin. When blisters begin to form on the pancake, turn it over. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
