I like the pizza, which is obtained with thin dough and crispy and delicious edges. I offer you a recipe for pizza dough with einkorn flour, which is easy to prepare and the result is really worth it!


1 In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes. You can knead the dough by hand or in bread maker.


If you use bread maker:

2 Pour the water into the yeast water, then add the olive oil, flour and finally the salt. Run a pizza dough program (about an hour and a half). After it's ready, run for 1-2 minutes again the bread maker, so that the dough can become a ball again and remove it more easily from the bread form.

If you knead the dough manually:

2 Add the olive oil to the water with the yeast, then the flour and salt. Knead a soft dough. Put in a bowl sprinkled with flour and let it rise for about an hour and a half, covering the bowl with a towel. To speed up the process, you can preheat the oven to 50 degrees, then put the dough in it and turn the oven off.


3 Once the dough has been rise, knead it again. Divide it into two. From the dough I make two pizzas in rectangular trays of size 37х44 sm. On baking paper roll the dough thinly. Arrange the pizza with products of your choice.


4 For the pizza in the picture, I used tomato sauce, grated mozzarella, cheddar, yellow cheese, parmesan, fresh tomatoes and red onions. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees until ready.
