Easy, fluffy and delicious buns that prepare very quickly. You can use them for hamburger or serve with a delicious dish while they are still warm. They do not contain eggs and dairy products. I often prepare them when we go on a trip and have a picnic.

Description

Easy, fluffy and delicious buns that prepare very quickly. You can use them for hamburger or serve with a delicious dish while they are still warm. They do not contain eggs and dairy products. I often prepare them when we go on a trip and have a picnic.


1 Put warm water in a small bowl and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it.


2 Put the flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir. Add the water with the yeast and olive oil. Knead the dough. Cover it with towel and leave to rise in the heat for about 1 hour. To speed up the process, you can preheat the oven to 50 degrees, then put the dough in it and turn the oven off.


3 Once the dough has been rise, knead it again and divide it into 6 parts. From them form balls and put in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover with a towel and leave to rise in the heat for about 30 minutes.


4 Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
