Baking asparagus is super easy and fast! I have been planning to share this recipe with you for a long time. You can serve the roasted asparagus with cherry tomatoes as a main dish or side dish. And if you grate cheese on top of them, you will lick your fingers.

1 Trim about 2 cm from the edges of the asparagus. If you wish, you can peel their stems. Cut the tomatoes in half. Put everything in a bowl and season with olive oil, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.

2 Pour into a large baking pan, littered tray with baking paper and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

3 Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the asparagus is ready.
