In the middle of the 20th century local enthusiasts created a delightful museum collection, which was transformed into the Historical museum of Strelcha in 2002.

The museum is housed in a newly built three-storey house with an antique look on the prototype of the house of Nesho Grozev. In each of the floors are exhibited exhibits, divided into three expositions: "Archaeology", "The Bulgarian lands 15-19 century" and "Art".

The "Archaeology" department is located on the ground floor. There is presented the thracian cult complex "Frog mound" with various types of objects such as chariot, silver appliques and pottery vessels. Separately you can see objects, typical from the time of the thracians to the middle ages - stone and flint tools of labor, chisels, knives and cutters for sickles of flint.

Department "Bulgarian lands 15-19 century" is located on the second floor. In one of the rooms are presented household items, costumes, ornaments, loom and household items such as copper pots and other tools typical of the local people during the Renaissance. The other room is dedicated to the local people and their active participation in the struggles for national liberation.

The "Аrt" department is located on the top floor and is designed for connoisseurs of artistic art.

In the yard of the museum is located the tourist Information center in the city, where you can get up-to-date information about the sights in the area, to direct you to hotels and restaurants in the city, as well as to rehabilitation offices and balneology centers.

If you are located in the area, you can visit the "Skumsale" locality near Strelcha, admire the nature and the multitude of diverse rock formations used by ancient societies for rituals.
