Pancake made by oat bran and cranberries

Description
1 Stir the egg with the cranberries, the oat bran, the honey and the fat in the bowl and leave about 10 minutes to the side to swell the bran.
2 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. Pour the mixture in the middle and carefully shape it in the shape of a circle, not making it too thin. Distribute blueberries evenly over the pancake. When it is well baked, it will turn easily. Bake briefly on the other side. Тhe recipe is fulfilled!
