Description


1 Prepare baking pan. Cut the bread into small cubes, making sure not to overdo it with the quantity in the tray, so that all the bread rolls can be roasted and crispy.


2 Pour with the olive oil for cooking or oil, sprinkle with spices by choice (I use colorful salt, but I have tried with salt, pepper, savory, oregano and others). Stir for a minute or two, so that each bread cube can have spices on it.


3 Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. It does not need to be preheated. Stir every two minutes so that all the bread cubes are evenly baked and crispy.
